  Indoor Cycling:

  Fit Pump Strengthening:  
  A group class using aerobic weight bars and free weights to maximize your body’s potential. This class will help you build strength and endurance, while toning your body – all without adding bulk.  
     
  Kickboxing:  
  True to the name, use kicking and boxing to whip your body into shape. This class will strengthen and tone your abs and define the muscles throughout your body. A favorite of the stars, kickboxing is an exhilarating workout that is a great way to challenge your self.  
     
  Hatha Yoga:    
  This class begins your journey into the dance of breath and movement. A series of postures calms your mind and challenges your body in an hour of practice with a “hands on” approach.  
       
  Ashtanga Yoga:    
  An invigorating yoga practice for mind and body. Standing, balancing, and sitting postures tone and strengthen the muscles while breathing techniques calm and soothe the nervous system.  
       
  Jump Start Program:    
 

Whether exercising is new to you or you've been faithful to your fitness routine and reach a pleateau, Jump Start will get you on track to your health and fitness goals.

  Also, even if you have never stepped foot in a health club this start up program is a great way to get familiar with proper technique and the knowledge to understand which muscle groups you are working as you go from one machine to the next.  
       
  Custom Workout:    
  The custom program allows you to design your own workout program. This program was designed by our fitness advisors to give you an opportunity to add or delete any workout you like at any time from one day to the next. Also, it's your personal online notebook that allows you to control the number of sets, reps, and weight that you use as you track your improvement week after week.  
       
  Butt, Gut & Step :    
  This group class will focus on the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs. The results: you will develop overall fitness by building strength, developing muscle mass while increasing flexibility, power and endurance!  
       
  Sports Performance:    
  Designed to improve your strength and power, and promote muscle growth. No matter what sport you play this program will help you to gain the physical shape and balance you desire to play at your peak performance.
