Indoor Cycling
A 45 to 50 minute high intensity class that keeps the calories burning while experiencing different riding profiles. Steep hills, steady climbs, sprints, and flat roads are just a few of the many rides each class will take you on. The objective of this class is to burn lots of calories, promote fat loss, improve cardio conditioning and lower body endurance/strength.

Fit Pump
Total body conditioning using the Steps, hand weights, and barbells. This class will help you improve muscle strength, muscle endurance, and bone density.

X-treme Fit
Total body conditioning using a variety of equipment, including hand weights and barbells. Promotes muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardio endurance and bone density.

Astanga Yoga
Ashtanga, which means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, is a fast-paced, intense
style of yoga.  This practice is very physically demanding because of the
constant movement from one pose to the next.

Hatha Yoga
This class begins your journey into the dance of breath and movement. A series of postures calms your mind and challenges your body in an hour of practice with a "hands on" approach.

Gentle Yoga
An invigorating yoga practice for mind and body. Standing, balancing, and sitting postures tone and strengthen the muscles while breathing techniques calm and soothe the nervous system.

Pilates
Challenge yourself with a complete body workout that will help you build strength and flexibility.

Fabulous Abs!
Get your core strong and toned with this 15 minute class that focuses on strengthening the abdominal and lower back muscles.

Martial Arts for Kids
Your child will develop the discipline of Ninpo training - self protection, fitness, and fun. Classes are taught by internationally certified instructor Joy Bramble. Click Here for more information.
